ElderClub Adult Day
Care
High-risk elderly who need a medically supervised setting during the day enjoy the benefits and activities provided by the ElderServe Adult Day program. The program helps older adults safely remain in the community, prevents institutional or nursing home placement, and gives family members peace of mind knowing their loved ones are active and safe during the day.
ElderClub is committed to quality care. Our participants are frail, older adults who need supervision, socialization, help with medications, or assistance with personal care.
Our day is filled with activities to strengthen our participants physically, stimulate their memories and provide time for them to socialize with their peers.
Breakfast is served in our day center room while current events are discussed. We eat our lunch in a large dining room with other older members of the community. We also provide a nutritious afternoon snack.
Oak and Acorn is an intergenerational facility. At least three times a week we have activities with children from the community who attend the day care in our facility. these activities include exercises, crafts and more.
